Liz B. Baker is the founder of the Global Institute for AI and Humanity and creator of the AI Thinking Model. She spent two decades in Fortune 500 and nonprofit leadership and consulting, and now advises executives, educators, and government leaders on using AI to develop people. She is a co-founding member of AI Ready RVA, a regional AI literacy nonprofit, and speaks nationally on AI, critical thinking, and the future of work and human capability.

I believe in agency, sovereignty, and strategy, and I build frameworks that optimize the best of AI and humanity to produce exceptional outcomes.
