Liz B. Baker, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates aithinkingmodel.com and the AI Thinking Model™ Configuration Wizard. Your privacy matters. This policy explains what we collect, what we don't, and what we do with your information.

The Short Version

We don't sell your data. Ever. To anyone. For any reason.

We don't share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We don't use your data to train AI models. We don't track you across the internet. We collect the minimum information needed to operate this tool and communicate with you, and nothing more.

What We Collect

Name and email address. When you use the Configuration Wizard, you provide your name and email before beginning. This is stored in our form backend (Netlify) and is used to send you your configuration results, book launch notifications, and occasional updates about the AI Thinking Model. You can unsubscribe from any communication at any time.

Contact form submissions. If you use the contact form on our site, we collect your name, email, organization (optional), area of interest, and message. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Book notification sign-ups. If you sign up on the book page, we collect your name and email for the sole purpose of notifying you when the book launches.

What We Don't Collect

Your configuration answers are not stored. The AI Thinking Model Configuration Wizard processes your responses entirely in your browser. Your answers to the wizard questions, your selected tags, your free-text responses, and your generated configuration output are never transmitted to our servers and are never stored by us. When you leave the wizard page, your configuration answers are gone.

No cookies for tracking. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.

No behavioral profiling. We don't build profiles of your browsing behavior, your interests, or your demographics beyond what you voluntarily provide.

Third-Party Services

Netlify. Our site is hosted on Netlify. Form submissions (name, email, contact messages) are processed and stored by Netlify. See Netlify's privacy policy.

EmailJS. If you email yourself your configuration results from the wizard, that email is sent through EmailJS. See EmailJS's privacy policy.

Google Fonts. Our site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may log your IP address per Google's standard practices. See Google's privacy policy.

How We Use Your Information

We use your name and email to send you your wizard results if requested, notify you about the book launch if you signed up, send occasional updates about the AI Thinking Model and related resources (you can unsubscribe anytime), and respond to your contact form inquiries. That's it.

What We Will Never Do

Sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party. Share your email with other companies for their marketing purposes. Use your data to train AI models. Track your browsing behavior across other websites. Contact you for purposes unrelated to the AI Thinking Model without your explicit consent.

Data Retention

We retain your name and email for as long as you remain subscribed to our communications. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your information within 30 days. Contact form submissions are retained for the duration needed to respond to and resolve your inquiry.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us through our contact page. You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly.

Children's Privacy

The Wizard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be noted with an updated date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
