About the AI Thinking Model Configuration Wizard

The AI Thinking Model™ Configuration Wizard ("the Wizard") is a free tool provided by Liz B. Baker, LLC for the purpose of helping individuals configure AI platforms to develop critical thinking, innovation, wisdom, ethics, and strategy. By using the Wizard, you agree to the following terms.

Personal Use

The Wizard is provided free of charge for individual, personal use. You may use it to configure your own AI platforms, reconfigure as often as you like, and share the link with others so they can build their own configurations.

Commercial Use Requires Permission

Commercial use of the Wizard, its methodology, its templates, or its output structure is prohibited without written permission from Liz B. Baker, LLC. Commercial use includes but is not limited to: incorporating the Wizard or its methodology into paid products, services, training programs, consulting engagements, workshops, courses, or organizational deployments offered for compensation.

If you are a consultant, trainer, organization, or educator who would like to use the AI Thinking Model™ framework commercially, please contact us to discuss licensing and certification options.

No Reproduction or Derivative Works

No part of this tool, its templates, its question structure, its output methodology, or its configuration framework may be reproduced, distributed, reverse-engineered, or used to create derivative works without written permission from Liz B. Baker, LLC. This includes recreating the methodology in another tool, platform, or format.

Intellectual Property

The AI Thinking Model™ and Double Your Team in One Day™ are trademarks of Liz B. Baker, LLC. The Wizard, including its questions, templates, output structure, and configuration methodology, is the intellectual property of Liz B. Baker, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your Data

Your configuration answers are not stored. Your responses are processed in your browser to generate your configuration output and are not transmitted to or stored on any server.

Your name and email address are collected. When you begin the Wizard, you provide your name and email. This information is stored and may be used to send you your configuration results, information about the AI Thinking Model, the book, and related resources. You may unsubscribe from communications at any time. No other personal data is collected or stored by the Wizard.

If you choose to email yourself your results, that email is sent through a third-party service (EmailJS) and is subject to their privacy practices.

No Guarantees

The Wizard is provided as-is. Results depend on the quality of your responses and how you use the configuration with your AI platform. AI platforms change their features, interfaces, and capabilities frequently. Liz B. Baker, LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes from using the Wizard or the AI Thinking Model™ framework.

Platform Independence

The AI Thinking Model™ is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI (ChatGPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), or Microsoft (Copilot). Platform names are used for identification purposes only.
